About Ordering

• General: By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the ETA Dolls Terms and Conditions.
• Products: On this website the new Integrity Toys, Inc. products are offered for sale. You do not have to be a member of any club to order online.
• Login: In order to purchase products from this website, a user must provide his/her name, address and email address. This information is used to complete your purchase and is not shared with anyone outside of our company.
• Returning customers can see an overview of their orders and products that have been purchased.
• Payment: We accept PayPal, credit cards, iDEAL (The Netherlands) and Bank Transfer (European Union). Credit cards are processed through PayPal Processing Center.
• Ordering: If you place your second order immediately after the first, we will automatically combine your orders into a single shipment and refund you the extra shipping that the checkout system charged you. For multiple orders please inquire about combined shipping. Ask about our shipping rates. Shipping is based on weight and will ship Priority Mail with insurance.
• Pre-orders: Since many of our collectibles are limited editions and available to a world-wide audience, they tend to sell through quickly. We offer our customers the opportunity to reserve or pre-order an item while the item is in production or prior to its arrival into our warehouse.
  -  Customers that pre-order, we will have their order shipped before they go on sale on our website.
  -  With an initial deposit of 25% you can reserve or pre-order a doll to secure your pre-order through the production process.
  -  Withdrawing your reservation prior to the full purchase, will forfeit your deposit.
  -  The balance plus postage is due prior to shipment.
  -  If an item is pre-ordered, as soon as it arrives, it is shipped immediately upon receipt of balance payment.
  - The balance of your payment is required promptly once we have the dolls in stock or deposits will be forfeited. We will attempt to contact you twice before canceling an order.
• Cancellation: There is generally no cancellation penalty for pre-orders canceled within 24 hours.
  -  Pre-orders are non-refundable, so please be sure you want to order the items before you checkout.
• Taxes: We ship worldwide. For all international orders placed, the buyer is responsible for all duty and taxes of their country relating to any of the purchases. If you are inside the European Union (EU) no custom duties or customs handling fees.
• Shipment info: If your order is shipped to more than one address, shipment fee will be charged for each additional address. 
  -  All items are shipped registered and insured.
  -  The cost of shipping will be added to your purchase total. 
  -  All items will be shipped in original Integrity shippers as we rebox all items.
• Order status: We will notify you by email when we ship your item and will send you your tracking number / link to view the status of your order(s) and track the shipped package(s) online.
• Change of address: It is your responsibility to notify us of any change of your address. In the event you do not provide us with a valid address or address change before we ship, we will not be held responsible for undelivered or lost packages and no refunds will be honored.
