Please read the following terms and conditions of use carefully before using this Website. All users of this Site agree that access to and use of this Site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this Site.


Order Confirmation
All orders are processed as soon as your place your order. All orders placed online will receive a computer-generated email confirming the order (minus any sensitive information, such as a credit card number). Order confirmation will be sent to the email address indicated on the order. Please check all information on the order, including email and shipping addresses, before clicking to submit the order in the shopping cart. You will also receive a second email as soon as your order is shipped out.

Payment Options
Prices indicated on the website are including VAT. Shipping and handling charges will apply in addition to the price indicated on the website. You are responsible for any local sales taxes and other taxes. Orders may be paid for in the following ways: PayPal, iDeal (The Netherlands) and Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard.

Shipping Information
It is our policy to ship all orders of in-stock items within 2 working days of receipt of payment, unless it is indicated that shipment of a specific item will be delayed. If an order cannot be shipped within five (5) business days from the time payment was received, we will endeavor to notify the buyer and advise as to the anticipated shipment date.

Delivery Lead Time
a)  From the time payment is received, all the products will be shipped insured within 2 working days.
b)  However the exact shipping time depends on the shipping address.
c)  We ship on all weekdays (Monday - Saturday), excluding public holidays.
d)  The Netherlands - delivered within 2 working days.
e)  European Union (EU, EC) - delivered within 5 working days.
f)   Non-EU countries - delivered within 5 - 14 working days.

If your order is shipped to more than one address, shipping fee is charged for each additional address. Our shipping and processing charge includes the cost of processing your order, handling and packaging the products you have purchased, and delivering them to you and/or to the recipients you designate. All products are shipped in original Integrity shippers and then into an additional box. We combine shipping for multiple items purchased in a single transaction.

Returns or Exchange or Refunds
ETA Dolls is so confident that you will be delighted with your purchase. If in the unlikely event you are unhappy with your purchase you should contact us for further instructions. We accept returns within 14 days of receiving the item..

*  Returned items must be in original condition and packaging. Original condition means that you are entitled to inspect the item but do not remove it from the packaging. The ribbons should not be untied.
*  Refunds will be made in the original payment method used at checkout.
*  ETA Dolls does not refund shipping fees and will only process a refund for the purchase price of the item.
*  If you choose to return any item that is not defective, the return postage will not be refunded.
*  It is the customer's responsibility to provide a tracking number once the item has been returned.
*  ETA Dolls is not responsible for items lost in transit, damaged in the delivery process or not delivered to our return address.
*  It is the customer's responsibility to provide a tracking number once the item has been returned.
*  We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. The full order amount will be refunded within 14 days after notification of the return. The refund may take 1-2 days to appear on your creditcard statement, depending on your creditcard company

Returns for Product Damaged in Shipping or incorrect items
In case of damage to a merchandise, please send us an email within 14 days of receiving the item and we will instruct you on how to return the parcel. You must include the original shipping carton. Return postage costs for product damaged during shipping will be compensated by us. We reserve the right to refuse accepting returns if we feel that the item was not actually damaged during shipping. We will not accept returns if dolls have been removed from the box.

nufacturers Defective Product
Should you happen to receive a doll with a problem please feel free to contact Integrity Toys Patient Care: patientcare@integritytoys.com. You must report this to us by email within 14 days of order receipt date.

Incorrect Addresses
If we are given an incorrect address and a shipment is returned to us, the buyer will be responsible to pay the fee to re-ship the item. If the item is delivered and we are charged an additional fee by the Postal Service to correct the address, that fee will be billed to the buyer.

Track Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification containing the shipment tracking information.
